Consulting engagements are often made to seem long, difficult, costly and complex with a massive binder of findings spit back out at you in the end. The binder of ‘complex’ and detailed findings are usually best broken out for insomnia attacks versus truly directing change, lowering costs, driving new revenues and getting an organization marching to the same sheet of music.
